Future Quest
Took an office-based education service digital, creating a platform used by students in more than 30 countries.
01 · Challenge
Headway's scholarship, study, and visa services depended on students visiting an office. That limited access and made it harder for people outside Addis Ababa to discover suitable opportunities.
The opportunity was to translate a hands-on service into a clear digital experience without losing the guidance students relied on.
02 · My role
I led the product project from early development through launch, connecting real student workflows with the platform structure, opportunity discovery, consultations, and remote application journeys.

A searchable remote service platform for scholarships, education pathways, study materials, consultations, and application support. Students can explore opportunities and begin their journey without travelling to the Headway office.
